48 Week Speed & Agility Program 

Why our program goes for 48 weeks?

Our program runs for 48 weeks because speed isn’t built overnight, and mastering the technique to run fast is one of the hardest skills to develop. This is why speed is such a rare and highly sought-after ability. Short-term programs or quick fixes simply don’t work for true speed development. Our speed program has been voted the #1 speed program in Sydney for a reason—we take speed development seriously and provide the time, structure, and expertise necessary for athletes to achieve lasting, elite-level results.

  • How do I sign up to the speed & agility program?
    Simply select Contact us, leave a message and we will give you a call to book into your first session.
  • Is there a set start term date?
    No, our speed & agility sessions run for 50 weeks of the year with no set term start & end dates. You can sign up & start right now.
  • Where are the speed & agility sessions held & what time?
    Caddies Creek Reserve, Beaumont Hills Monday to Friday 5-6pm 6-7pm
  • How many people are in each group session?
    We have two coaches who coach the group session. The maximum we take in a group session is 10 people. In the event we reach capacity we split into two groups of 10 to maintain our athlete to coach ratio.
  • How many sessions per week can I attend?
    Minimum two days a week, yes you can train more if you would like.
